Under the general direction of the Practice Office Manager, is continuously responsible for representing the office in a professional, friendly, receptive and respectful manner. Facilitates the patient’s care through all business office functions.
Education: High school diploma. Secretarial training to include typing, word processing and computer skills is preferred.
Experience: Two years in the medical office is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and good interpersonal skills required. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, computer skills and have the ability to be very detail-oriented.
